3 Bananas

2 Avocadoes

1 C Almond Butter

1 C Water

1/2 C Date Syrup

1/2 C Raw Cacao (powder)

1 Vanilla (pod-deseeded and diced)

1 TBSP Cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S-blade
  • Blend until creamy (add/remove water as desired)
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 15 days
