This program is a 10-day journey together during which time we will explore all six dimensions of our lives. Learning how to balance our lives plays a key role in our health and wellness. This program is designed to connect us with one another, with new ideas and with ourselves. Together we shall spend ten days building a base from which we can thrive and succeed in our lives.

Six Dimensional Fasting
Fasting is a process of purging, cleansing and then rebuilding. This program is designed to ‘fast’ all aspects of our lives – physically, emotionally and mentally. Our journey will allow us to both identify and break down any barriers which may exist in our search for health and wellness. Together we will explore new perspectives on our habits, our ideas and our beliefs.
