Joining two of the 6D Living Modified Fasting Programs was transformational. I thought I was doing IF on my own but quickly learned that I wasn’t doing it correctly. There were so many new healthy habits that I developed after learning about then from Sia. I experienced many benefits such as, reduced inflammation, reduction of appetite, a reset of my taste buds, and weight loss. Learning about the power of letting your body have a rest from eating and how healing water can be. I would highly recommend the courses to anyone who wants to improve on their plant based lifestyle.
