Food - Nutrition - Health Seminars

Lecturer/Facilitator: Sia Hurst

For those of us who love to get creative, efficient, organized and optimally balanced in our kitchens, 6D is happy to share a new recipe blog post every Tuesday for our entire community to enjoy.

We would like to invite you to share your own creations of our recipes, including any changes you make which we could all try - please share your creations in the comments section of the 6D Blog post with our recipe or on our 6D Living Facebook page, thank you!

Our Food-Nutrition-Health Seminars will take those lovely weekly recipe blog posts to another level - a deeper, more profound level of understanding about why these foods are beneficial - why their particular nutrient profiles are so incredibly powerful to our bodies on a physiological and pathological level.

Our blog posts gave you the how for some good food – join us to learn about the why for these ingredients and combinations. We will deep dive into the nutritional components, their impact on our bodies and how it all comes together in helping us to obtain optimal health and longevity.

A whole new level ... please scroll down to learn more and to reserve your spot.

About our seminar format

These seminars are not a demonstration, we will NOT be creating any of the recipes. We will focus instead on a deep dive discussion about why eating these types of foods can help us to reach our optimal state of health nutritionally and physiologically and emotionally. We will be using the ebook you will receive on the morning of the seminar as our guide/text for our discussion.
