Our Food-Nutrition-Health Seminars offer a variety of topics about which to learn as well as guidance as to how to apply this knowledge in our lives - wisdom in our journeys.

 

 

For those of us who love to get creative, efficient, organized and optimally balanced in our kitchens, 6D is happy to share a new recipe blog post every Tuesday for our entire community to enjoy.

will take those lovely weekly recipe blog posts to another level - a deeper, more profound level of understanding about why these foods are beneficial - why their particular nutrient profiles are so incredibly powerful to our bodies on a physiological and pathological level.

Our Seminar Format and Your Lecturer/Facilitator

 

About our seminar format

These seminars are not a demonstration, we will NOT be creating any of the recipes. We will focus instead on a deep dive discussion about why eating these types of foods can help us to reach our optimal state of health nutritionally and physiologically and emotionally. We will be using the ebook you will receive on the morning of the seminar as our guide/text for our discussion. 

 

About your facilitator (and recipe creator)

Sia is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. She also received a qualification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from eCornell. She has studied BioMedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has coaching qualifications for Intermittent Fasting, Gut/Microbiome Health and Vegan Nutrition. She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the International Association of Therapists.
