2 C White Onion (about 4 small onions)

6 Garlic Cloves (fresh)

4 Stock Cubes

10 Celery (stalks with leaves)

1 TBSP Paprika

2 tsp Black Pepper

1 C Water


800g Mushrooms (any kind you prefer-chopped)

2 C New Potatoes (chopped)

1 C Parsley (chopped)

1 C Dehydrated Yeast (fortified with B12)

2 C Water


1 C Dill (fresh-chopped)

1 C Cashew Cream


  • Chop/Dice Onion and Garlic and saute with Stock Cubes until the onions are clear
  • Chop Celery and saute with black pepper, paprika and 1 C Water for 5 minutes
  • Add all remaining ingredients (except the Dill and Cashew Cream) with 2 C Water and mix well
  • Pressure Cook* on High for 15 minutes and allow the pressure to release naturally
  • Add Cashew Cream and Dill and mix (while the mushroom mixture is still warm, but not cooking)
