3 C Raw Cashews

1 C. Dehydrated Yeast (fortified with B12)

2 TBSP White Miso Paste

1 C. Stock

1 Avocadoe

3 Lemon Citrus Cubes

1 Bulb Garlic (raw)

1 C Dill 

1/2 C Chives

 

  • Soak the cashews for 3 -4 hours and rinse well
  • Blend all ingredients (except Dill and Chives) in a food processor fitted with an S-blade
  • Chop the fresh dill and chives and gently fold into blended nut mixture

 

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days

 

Note: To make this a Raw Food, simply use water in place of stock
