Healing Recipes - Super Powered by Dehydrated Whole Plants - A Day of Power!

An exploration of nutrient dense foods which are ALL WHOLE PLANT and chosen for their healing properties. The day begins (break-fast) by awakening the GIT with 1 teaspoon psyllium (ground) washed down with about 500ml (about a 2 cups) of hydrating water. I rinse my mouth with each sip of water in order to wash the 'powdery' feeling I have in my mouth. And what follows that is pure magic!







About an hour after enjoying my 1 tsp psyllium with 500 ml water (2 C), I begin eating/drinking this little mixture.


I simply spoon the diced garlic and turmeric into my mouth and drink down with water. Sometimes I chew the 'bits' to activate digestion in my mouth - but then I make sure to 'swish' water in my mouth as the turmeric can make things a bit 'yellow'!


Ingredients

1 clove* garlic (diced)

Equal amount* of turmeric root (diced)

2 tsp ACV - diluted with water

Followed by about 500 ml water (2 C)


I continually rinse my mouth, 'swishing the water around', often before swallowing, on an exhale, in order to mitigate the impact of the acidic nature of the Apple Cider Vinegar.


*Not all garlic cloves are the same size, so choose the size you wish to consume and match that amount with an equal amount of turmeric root.









I like to allow for some time for the benefits of those anti-inflammatories work their magic for a couple of hours. I drink this Red Smoothie Pro-biotic yumminess slowly and sometimes like to leave a few 'chunks' when I am blending.


Total yield is a large Nutri-Bullet container. I blend this all in a powerful blender aptly called Total Destroyer!

I add all of the ingredients listed, and shown, below into my Total Destroyer blender and allow it all to soak for at least an hour - usually more if I get distracted! Basically, I get it all prepped when I am enjoying the garlic and turmeric and ACV - efficiency is key!




Ingredients

Pinch of Cayenne Spice

1 tsp Each of Dehydrates on the left

Amla

Sesame (white and black mix)

Beetroot (bulb)-Celery Mix

Black Cumin

Whole Lemon


1 tsp Each of these Spices

Ceylon Cinnamon

Vanilla (ground pod)


1 TBSP Each of Dehydrates on the right

Raw Criollo Cacao

Hempseed

Flaxseed

Pineapple-Mango-Banana-Red Apple MIX

Cranberry-Blueberry-Blackberry-Raspberry-Sour Cherry MIX








1 TBSP Each of these Whole Plants

Goji Berries

Pumpkin Seeds


Add these Whole Plants

5 Prunes (cut into pieces)

5 Walnut Halves

3 Brazil Nuts

1 Medjool Date (pit removed!)

2 TBSP Ginger Root (diced)






Add 500 ml (1C) water

Soak for at least an hour (or a couple of hours!)















Add ½ C Soy Yogurt (sugar free!)

Add 250 ml (1C) more water



Blend and add water if you want MORE SMOOTHIE!

















This is my main meal of the day and it is loaded with whole plants, dehydrated whole plants and electrolyte filled broth. It warms me and makes me feel powerful and healed from the inside out! With a total of 33 WHOLE PLANTS - this is a powerhouse meal for the GIT. Not to mention the plants I enjoyed earlier!


Makes two servings – hearty and warming.

I enjoy this mindful eating practice with this meal when my body tells me that it is ready for further nutrition following my pro-biotic smoothie and more water - hydration for me is always a focus as my food is filled with fiber - need to keep things moving!



Ingredients



1 tsp Each of Dehydrates on the left

Spinach-Arugula-Parsley Mix

Whole Lemon

Black Cumin

Dulse-Arame-Wakame Mix

Cilantro-Dill-Arugula Mix

Kale

Sesame Seed (black and white mix)


2 tsp Each of Dehydrates on the right

Broccoli-Cauliflower-Brussel's Mix

Oyster-Shiitake-Porcini-Black Trumpet Mushroom Mix

White Cabbage-Red Cabbage-Carrot Mix


Put all into a medium sized pot







Add 2 C Broth which was created with

Celery

Courgette (Zucchini)

Carrot

Orange Sweet Potato

Ginger Root


Turn heat on low and mix broth with dehydrated WHOLE PLANTS until warm







Add these WHOLE PLANTS to the pot, stir and raise heat to medium

Garlic (3 cloves diced)

Turmeric Root (1" diced)

Tofu (1 C cut into chunks)

Oyster Mushrooms (1 C water sauteed)

Orange Sweet Potato* (1/2 C)

Purple Sweet Potato* (1/2 C)

Oat Groats -Buckwheat Groats -Millet Mix (amounts of each vary - 1.5 Cups in total)


Bring to a low boil for about 20 minutes

*Previously baked in ACV and cut into bite sized pieces








Add

Black Beans (2 Cups)

Mix into the low boiling soup

Reduce heat to low

Stir often for about 10 minutes


Turn off heat and enjoy!!
