It takes less than a minute and may provide clarity and calm in moments of anxiety. Five little words that could help you to move forward with purpose and calm. So what do they mean? Let's explore!


Practice these five steps throughout your day. It takes less than a minute to reconnect with your focus. Feel free to use the video included here to give yourself just over thirty seconds of peaceful sounds courtesy of the sea during which time perhaps too you can Stop.Breathe.Focus.Move.Flow.


Life can be hectic, busy, hurried and in that rush we can lose sight of our needs and goals. Take five seconds to stop. Stop your body. Stop your words. Stop your thoughts. Stop all noise. Just stop. 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... 5 ...


Too often we breathe quickly, shallowly and through our mouths. Take ten seconds to focus your attention on your inhale and exhale - breathe exclusively through your nose and deepen your breath with each inhale and exhale. Listen to your breath. Just breathe. 6 ... 7 ... 8 ... 9 ... 10 ... 11 ... 12 ... 13 ... 14 ... 15 ...


Thoughts pop in and out of our minds throughout the day. Some are helpful and some serve to merely distract us. Take five seconds to hold one thought in your mind - turn it over, see it from all its intricate angles, see it clearly. Just focus. 16 ... 17 ... 18 ... 19 ... 20 ...


Decisions taken in haste can bring about consequences that are unforeseen and at times negative. Decisions taken from a point of focus can bring about a reality that is exactly what you wish it to be. Take five seconds to choose your next step from a place of clarity. Just move. 21 ... 22 ... 23 ... 24 ... 25 ...


When we move from a place of clear, calm focus our actions will become the fluid dance of our daily lives. No longer will we bump up against unforeseen obstacles. We now flow like water and transform our own ideas into the realities we seek. Take a final five seconds now to envision what that fluid flow looks like. Just flow. 26 ... 27 ... 28 ... 29 ... 30 ...
