Clean the chili peppers and remove the stems. Place the peppers in the grinder of your choice and grind until all large chunks are gone. Place in a glass container.

 

Juice the limes and add to the glass container with the chopped chilis. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
