A life in Six Dimensions - what is our Intellectual Dimension and how can we nurture and balance this part of our lives?

This dimension of our lives is where our cerebral matter really matters! Explore ideas that can help you to stimulate, nurture and nourish your brain - the birthplace of all our ideas. Balance this dimension by focusing on both your professional and personal intellectual development, exercise your brain like you exercise your body. Staying mentally sharp helps to keep your ideas (and your life) fresh and exciting.

Professionally: I love my job. Accounting consists of time sensitive tasks. I work well under pressure and I love checking things off my list!

Personally: I have been searching, literally for years, (maybe since high school), for a community where I fit in. One that would provide mental stimulation on a personal level. I love to read and I enjoy writing. And I craved interaction with like-minded people. I was introduced to 6D Living quite by accident; the accident lead to the most fulfilling opportunities! I am finding balance in my intellectual dimension, through 6D Living.

Let’s observe the resources provided by 6Dimentions ~ Intellectual Dimension.

September Auditions ~ Why not audition one of these simple ideas for optimizing your Physical Dimension. Try one out for a week, if you like it, stack another one, the following week. Keep the ones you like - all are designed to help optimize your nutritional health and well-being.

Which ideas will you audition this month?

1.      Take a class online or in your neighborhood

2.      Make a list of five things you would like to know more about and then dedicate one hour each day to learning about one or more of those ideas

3.      Join a book club (check out 6D Living Book Club!)

4.      Dedicate one hour each day to reading a book

5.      Break out the dictionary and learn a new word each day; be sure to practice using all seven of your new words throughout the week

6.      Enjoy time each day with a puzzle - focus on number, word, memory or logic based puzzles and games

7.      By the end of the seven days, put together a jigsaw puzzle

8.      Break out the thesaurus and explore new ways to express your ideas (maybe look for synonyms for your list of words from #5)

A life in Six Dimensions

- what does that mean and how do we balance our lives using this 6D Living idea?

Explore various 'dimensional audition' opportunities published each month and focusing on one of the six dimensions. This monthly series is written by Jennifer Hamilton and she offers audition ideas for us all to explore how to best nurture and balance all six dimensions of our lives. She also shares what that dimension of her own life looks like and how she finds ways to nurture and balance her life as a whole.

6D Living is based on an idea rooted in balance. Here at 6D Living, our goal is to share ideas about how to best balance each of the six dimensions.

We have the power to create our lives as we wish them to be. This is a truth.

When we balance the six dimensions, we reclaim the power to create our ideas into reality. We have the power to create our lives as we wish them to be. This is a truth. It is also a process!

A process which requires commitment and enthusiasm as well as a focus on the six dimensions of our lives:

  • Nutritional

  • Physical

  • Intellectual

  • Intrapersonal

  • Intersentient

  • Creative

Explore the six dimensions of your life - Create balance between these dimensions

Explore your ideas - Create your reality

Explore your dreams - Create your life

Your life is your creation - your very own masterpiece

Create it with awareness, clarity and kindness

Be well.

Stop.Breathe.Focus.Move.Flow.
