6D Community Activity - Making daily connections with a variety of sentient beings - connecting with life


This 6D Community Activity focuses on nurturing our Intersentient Dimension. It is a small idea which, if practiced regularly, can bring with it enormous benefits to your health and wellness. Although our Intersentient Dimension includes ALL sentient beings - this activity focuses on the human kind.



It has been chosen precisely because of the reality in which we find ourselves - less profoundly connected to one another in a hectic and changing world.


In a world when a photo of two people holding hands to comfort one another brings comfort to us, a world in which we may feel isolated without tether, perhaps a focused time in our daily lives to connect with other living things, could help reduce this collective anxiety which seems to be building in our world.




During difficult and stressful times our connection to people becomes vital for our psychological health. Around the world right now millions of people are connected to screens and are limiting social interactions with loved ones. Our social tethers are being cut and worldwide, mental health crises are on the rise.




6D Living challenges are for everyone in our community. Think of these challenges as auditions - a way to try out little changes in your life to see if they can provide big benefits to your health and wellness.

Call one person each day with one goal - listening to them




We all need to be heard.

Give the gift of truly listening.

Call someone about whom you care.

Ask probing questions, not just yes/no stuff.

Let them talk freely.

Leave your story for another time.

This is their moment to be heard - by you.

Share this gift with ten people in your life.

Intersentient Dimension

Integral to a healthy and balanced life are healthy relationships with other sentient beings. In this digital age, profound connections with others are more infrequent as we replace relationships with likes and shares. Balance this dimension of your life by focusing on real world connections with friends, lovers, spouses, family members, animals and nature. Share your time with other living things and reap the benefits of hormonal releases in your body which help to maintain our emotional balance.

Six Dimensions

When we balance the six dimensions, we reclaim the power to create our ideas into reality. We reclaim the power to create our lives as we wish them to be. This is a truth. It is also a process! One which requires commitment and enthusiasm.


We can simplify (organize) the process by concentrating on the six dimensions of our lives (Nutritional, Physical, Intellectual, Intrapersonal, Intersentient and Creative) and ensuring that we regularly seek to nurture each dimension whilst creating balance between all six.
