Juicing Challenge

Commit 10 days to this challenge

  • Drink two to three glasses of freshly prepared juice every day

    • Wash all produce and cut into juicer-friendly chunks​​

    • Prepare a pitcher of juice to last the day (juice each glass separately if you have the time)

    • Store the juice in the refrigerator in a dark, air-tight container

  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of freshly ground flax seed to each glass of juice and stir well

  • Eat at least one salad (or any meal that is 80% Raw Food) every day
