This discussion was the third in a series which endeavored to encourage, inform and support those who are plant curious, plant centric or those who are currently living a plant-based lifestyle. There is always more to learn when we all come together as a community to share struggles, solutions, tips, hacks and above all, ideas and knowledge. We do this in a respectful and loving community with our various Community Clubs and Programs at 6D Living.





In this episode of Plant Living Made Easy, our discussion is all about weight loss and if the statistics are to believed, this is an important issue for millions of people around the world. We have both experienced a large amount of weight loss in our journeys and we will share with you the two approaches we each chose. We share what worked for us and what made us stumble along the way. Most importantly, we discussed how to maintain weight loss – a struggle which is more difficult than one might think.
