Intellectual Dimension

Stop.Breathe.Focus.Move.Flow.

Stop setting boundaries

Breathe deeply and open the mind to new realities

Focus on providing the mind the opportunities to explore and learn

Move towards more optimal choices in meeting the mind's needs

Flow into a more optimal state of health and well-being

This dimension of our lives is where our cerebral matter really matters! Explore ideas that can help you to stimulate, nurture and nourish your brain - the birthplace of all our ideas. Balance this dimension by focusing on both your professional and personal intellectual development, exercise your brain like you exercise your body. Staying mentally sharp helps to keep your ideas (and your life) fresh and exciting.

7-Day Auditions

Why not audition one of these simple ideas for optimizing your Intellectual Dimension. Try each one out for a week and then keep the ones you like - all are designed to help optimize your intellectual health and well-being.

  1. Take a class online or in your neighborhood

  2. Make a list of five things you would like to know more about and then dedicate one hour each day to learning about one or more of those ideas

  3. Join a book club (try the 6D Living Book Club!)

  4. Dedicate one hour each day to reading a book

  5. Break out the dictionary and learn a new word each day; be sure to practice using all seven of your new words throughout the week

  6. Enjoy time each day with a puzzle - focus on number, word, memory or logic based puzzles and games

  7. By the end of the seven days, put together a jigsaw puzzle

  8. Break out the thesaurus and explore new ways to express your ideas (maybe look for synonyms for your list of words from #5)
