About the event
For our seminar we will be primarily using the book Fermented Vegetables by Kristen K. & Christopher Shockey. This is the book you will be required to purchase for the workshop - please do so from your preferred retailer, thank you.
We will, throughout our course, use a variety of other sources to enhance our understanding of fermented foods. These materials and links will be provided to you during the course. There is no need to purchase any other materials other than the book listed above, thank you.
