THIS GROUP IS OPEN TO ALL 6D LIVING MEMBERS!

Our online group is Community and Moderator directed towards personal development using the six dimensions of 6D Living's philosophy; balance in all things. Our support group is a gathering of health-minded people who want the opportunity to share personal experiences, opinions, and strategies about how to thrive in their lives. We continue to build an environment where our group members can learn and encourage each other in a meaningful way.

Transitions provides a sense of well-being, reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental health, and helps you cope better during duress. We will focus on how to align thoughts and feelings  with your goals as well as having key tools available to help you out whenever you need them. Or better yet, resolving to incorporate these strategies into daily rituals.

Our Discussion Topics Could Include

  • Tips and tricks for meal planning and prepping for a whole food plant-based diet.
  • Share strategies for reducing stress, improving mindset and gaining confidence.
  • Develop a plan to increase accountability and stay motivated.
  • Explore ways to reduce stress and increase accountability
  • Techniques for improving mindset and gaining confidence
  • Identify resources for finding plant-based recipes, grocery shopping lists and meal plans.
  • Exchange ideas for creative ways to make plant-based meals fun and enjoyable.
  • Brainstorm ways to make healthy plant-based food choices while eating out.
  • Health benefits of eating a whole food plant-based diet.
  • Share personal successes and challenges and provide encouragement to fellow members.
  • Set goals and establish action plans to achieve dietary and lifestyle objectives.

Transitions will meet once a week on zoom for SIX weeks. The meeting time is 17:00 Pacific/18:00 Mountain/19:00 Central/20:00Eastern

First meeting is on Sunday, 5 March 2023

Final meeting is on Sunday, 9 April 2023

About your moderator Robin Saul

Robin is a registered dietitian who earned a bachelor's degree in agriculture and human nutrition from the University of Florida. Although not discovering the benefits of a plant-centric,  no processed foods diet until 2016, she raised her four kids with an abundance of plant foods and home cooking. Robin has specialized nutrition knowledge in the areas of gastroenterology, food intolerances and allergies, gerontology and recipe development.
