About the event
Forget about the fiber your grandmother used to take--the cutting-edge science on fiber is incredibly exciting. As Dr. B explains, fiber energizes our gut microbes to create powerhouse postbiotics called short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that are essential to our health. SCFAs are scientifically proven to promote weight loss, repair leaky gut, strengthen the microbiome, optimize the immune system, reduce food sensitivities, lower cholesterol, reverse type 2 diabetes, improve brain function, and even prevent cancer. Restrictive fad diets starve the gut of the critical fiber we need, weaken the microbes, and make our system vulnerable.
Fiber Fueled will meet once weekly beginning in January for ten weeks. There are three groups available - one on Tuedays and one on Thursdays and one on Saturdays. Please choose ONE group for your registrations (directions below) and be sure to confirm the meeting times as they are not the same for each group.
ALL THREE GROUPS will meet on their designated day at 21:00EST/20:00CST/19:00MT/18:00PST.
Though participants are not required to attend meetings each week, due to limited spaces in each group, please ensure the meeting day/time chosen suits your schedule. We would ask that all participants be able to attend most of the meetings, thank you.

About the author!

About the moderator!
Kathy is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies with eCornell University. Kathy switched from a SAD diet to plant-based and has since lost over 200 pounds and removed 14 medications from her life. Kathy has completed multiple Modified Fasting Programs with 6D and this will be Kathy's second book as moderator. Kathy is a knowledgeable and experienced guide on the journey towards optimal health.
