6D Balance Program - Learning to live a balanced life in all Six Dimensions

This 10-day program will introduce participants to all 6 dimensions (nutritional, physical, intellectual, interpersonal, intersentient, and creative) through lecture, activities, and group discussion.  All participants will embark on a daily intermittent fasting practice using Dr. Michael Greger's whole-plant diet and "daily dozen" as the foundation for the recipes and protocol.  Two short water fasts will be included to begin holistic healing!

The group will meet daily at 4:30pm PT, 5:30pm MT, 6:30pm CT, 7:30pm ET

Program Schedule

· Daily Meditation and Breathing Practice

· Two 24-Hour Fasting Focuses

· Daily Physical, Mental and Emotional Activities/Lectures/Meditations

In addition to guided modified fasting and focused nutrition, the 6D Balance program also includes activities to help bring balance to our other five dimensions of life – Physical (Exercise/Stretching/Walking), Intellectual (Discussions/Studies/Articles) – Intrapersonal (Meditation/Breathing/Journaling) – Intersentient (Daily Zoom Connections/What’s App Group/Forum) – Creative (Healthier Body – Calmer Mind – Supportive Community – Balanced Life).

Once registered, all participants will receive detailed materials (two weeks prior to the start date) with the schedule for the ten days, lecture and article links for our discussions, focused nutritional recommendations, recipes, intermittent fasting information as well as links to all community connection opportunities during the ten days.

Each participant will meet with Carla in a private consultation prior to the program start date to ensure success with the program. It is during this consultation that participants will choose their intensity level, answer questions about the nutritional and health history as well as ask any and all questions they may have about the program.

Intensity Levels Offered (Intensity levels differ in number of fasting hours and number of meals each day)

  • Explore Level (16:8 Beginner: for those new to fasting or who have a hectic schedule)
  • Focus Level (18:6 Intermediate: for those with some fasting experience and who have a calm schedule)
  • Flow Level (20:4 Advanced: for those who are experienced fasters and who can rest)

All intensity levels* will focus on 100% Whole Plant Nutrition for the ten days. Each participant should choose the level of intensity that corresponds with their personal experience with a Whole Plant Diet and Intermittent Fasting (Time Restricted Eating).
