This discussion was the second in a series which endeavored to encourage, inform and support those who are plant curious, plant centric or those who are currently living a plant-based lifestyle. There is always more to learn when we all come together as a community to share struggles, solutions, tips, hacks and above all, ideas and knowledge. We do this in a respectful and loving community with our various Community Clubs and Programs at 6D Living.




We are often asked what we actually eat in a day and so we thought for our second discussion in this series, we would invite our husbands to join us so that we can all share what we eat in a day! What do you eat in a day?!?!?



In this episode of Plant Living Made Easy, we explore what we actually eat during a typical day – and we are going to hear from our two special guests for this week’s show, Tom Kramer and Dominic Hurst, about what they typically eat as well. We will not only share ‘what’ we eat but we will also explore the ‘why’ we eat what we eat. After all, it is all by design is it not? An optimally designed human body – well, at least that is the goal! Please join us to learn more about the reality!
