She is the author of the article series entitled Food for Thought, published by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

We will spend eight days on the Windstar yacht ‘Star Legend’ with plenty of excursion options to explore Italy and Croatia. The Windstar staff is amazing; the ship is gorgeous with spacious staterooms, and the WFPB buffet meals without added salt, oil or sugar are fantastic.
