Our discussion on 26 March is all about weight loss and if the statistics are to believed, this is an important issue for millions of people around the world. We have both experienced a large amount of weight loss in our journeys and it will be interesting to share with you the two approaches we chose. We will share what worked for us and what made us stumble along the way. Most importantly, we will discuss how to maintain weight loss – a struggle which is more difficult than one might think.
