About the event
Our 6D Book Club for Outlive will meet every week on Fridays - beginning on 19 April, 2024. This book exploration will meet for 15 weeks. All meetings take place at 11:00EST/10:00CST/9:00MT/8:00PST.
Though participants are not required to attend meetings each week, due to limited spaces in each group, please ensure the meeting day and time suits your schedule. We would ask that all participants be able to attend most of the meetings, thank you. About the book!

About the Author!
Peter Attia (born 19 March 1973) is a Canadian-American physician known for his medical practice that focuses on the science of longevity. Peter Attia, MD, is the founder of Early Medical. He received his medical degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine and trained at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in general surgery. He also trained at the NIH as a surgical oncology fellow at the National Cancer Institute, where his research focused on immune-based therapies for melanoma. He serves on the editorial board for the journal Aging. He is the host of The Drive, one of the most popular podcasts covering the topics of health, medicine, and longevity.
About the moderator!
Sia is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. She also received a qualification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from eCornell. She has studied BioMedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has coaching qualifications for Intermittent Fasting, Gut/Microbiome Health and Vegan Nutrition. She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the International Association of Therapists.
