About the event

Our 6D Book Club, with your moderator Sia Hurst, will explore Autophagy and Intermittent Fasting beginning on Tuesday, 10 September. Though participants are not required to attend meetings each week, due to limited spaces in each group, please ensure the meeting day and time suits your schedule. We would ask that all participants be able to attend most of the meetings, thank you. After completing this registration process, you will receive a confirmation email that your place in the group chosen is reserved.

This book is actually two books in one. Patricia Cook originally wrote Autophahy in 2019 and this book club will be reading her latest edition in which she has included a new 'book' entitled Intermittent Fasting. Please purchase the book which has both Autophagy and Intermittent Fasting listed on the cover.

About the moderator

Sia is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. She also received a qualification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from eCornell. She has studied BioMedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has coaching qualifications for Intermittent Fasting, Gut/Microbiome Health and Vegan Nutrition. She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the International Association of Therapists.
