In August the 6D Book Club will be reading Whole - Rethinking the Science of Nutrition by T. Colin Campbell, PhD. He is the coauthor of The China Study and is considered by many to be the father of the current WFPB movement in the world. The T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies offers resources, recipes and courses all designed to help further our collective understanding about what it means to practice a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle. As Dr. Campbell continues to share his knowledge, advice and guidance with thousands of people throughout the world, his full impact on the health and well-being of the planet as a whole (pun fully intended!) is yet to be fully understood.



6D Living Book Club is excited to begin exploring Whole - a book whose theme, though possibly challenging to some readers, promises an opportunity for a dynamic exchange of ideas in the book club forum and weekly meetings.
