6D Challenge - Tibetan Rites Practice
Updated: Aug 30, 2022
This 6D challenge is from the Physical Dimension. It is a small idea which, if practiced regularly, can bring with it enormous benefits to your health and wellness.

Physical Dimension
Our bodies crave physical activity. Our muscles need it to to stay strong, our hearts need it to keep beating - even our minds crave physical activity for the release of endorphins! Balance this dimension with a variety of activities that serve to stimulate all your body's systems, from circulatory to nervous - and all systems in between!
Stop setting boundaries
Breathe deeply and open the mind to new realities
Focus on providing the body with all its physical needs to be healthy
Move towards more optimal choices in meeting your body's needs
Flow into a more optimal state of health and well-being
6D Challenges are for everyone in our community. Think of these challenges as auditions - a way to try out little changes in your life to see if they can provide big benefits to your health and wellness.
Challenge: For the next ten days dedicate 20 minutes each day to practice the 5 Tibetan Rites. 6D Living recommends practicing the Five Tibetan Rites daily and preferably in the morning just after waking or at sunset. Practicing these rites daily could help increase energy levels, provide a greater sense of overall balance as well as strengthen muscles.
Practitioners of these rites claim that daily practice can “yield positive medical effects such as improved eyesight, memory, potency, hair growth, restoration of full color to completely gray hair, and anti-aging.”. Most practitioners commonly report that their daily practice has led to increased energy levels, decreased stress levels and an enhanced sense of clarity of thought and calm overall.

Make a commitment to yourself to try out this challenge for ten days. You may find you like it and decide to keep it in your routine. You may find you do not like it and decide not to continue practicing this in your routine. One thing is for certain, if you do not experience it for yourself, you will not know if you like it.
So, come on! Give a try!! After all, it is only for 7 days!
Six Dimensions
When we balance the six dimensions, we reclaim the power to create our ideas into reality. We reclaim the power to create our lives as we wish them to be. This is a truth. It is also a process! One which requires commitment and enthusiasm.
We can simplify (organize) the process by concentrating on the six dimensions of our lives (Nutritional, Physical, Intellectual, Intrapersonal, Intersentient and Creative) and ensuring that we regularly seek to nurture each dimension whilst creating balance between all six.
