Balance Your Physical Dimension

Nurture your Physical Dimension daily and reap a multitude of benefits in a plethora of ways. From increased energy levels and decreased blood glucose levels to better sleep and increased stamina and strength, activities which focus your attention on your physical body are a key part of living a wholistic and balanced life.

Focusing on the physical body includes all types of movement, like running which strengthens the cardiovascular system to strength training which helps build muscle to swimming, to biking, to dancing ... you get the picture. Our bodies require a variety of movements each day in order to for us to be able to live optimally.

Our bodies, like our minds, also require activities that allow us to focus our energies inward. Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises are useful in helping us to bring our attention to our inner physical environment. These activities can help to increase mental focus, muscle strength and flexibility as well calm our minds and allow us to take a pause in an otherwise frenetic world.

Balance this dimension with a variety of activities that serve to stimulate all your body's systems, from circulatory to nervous -  and all systems in between!

When we balance the six dimensions, we reclaim the power to create our ideas into reality.

We have the power to create our lives as we wish them to be. This is a truth. It is also a process! One which requires commitment and enthusiasm.
