This is an all-inclusive package hosted in a beautiful villa complex on a Greek island! We are not talking your average vacation or holiday package – this is a health-centered time for healing and connecting with our bodies, learning and growing as a community and turning knowledge into wisdom as we practice optimal plant-centric living.

This retreat is about finding – and keeping – balance in our lives. It is about community, healing and growth.

  • Morning Meditation and Tibetan Rites (sunrise)

  • Activities focusing on all Six Dimensions of our lives

  • Breathwork Meditation/Yoga Nidra practice (at sunset)
