Beginning on 1 March 2021, the 6D Community will once more begin a ten day Modified Fasting Cleanse. This is a quarterly cleanse hosted by 6D Living.
This ten day program is offered at three intensity levels, depending on each participants experience with both the WFPB diet and the practice of Intermittent Fasting.

We spend the first five days of this program in a modified fasting cycle which is offered at three intensity levels* - raw/smoothie, juice and water. These five days focus on flushing the GI Tract, boosting the immune system, strengthening the liver, pancreas and kidneys as well as reducing inflammation throughout the body.
NOTE: All intensity levels* will focus on 100% WFPB SOS free nutrition for the ten days. Each participant should choose the level of intensity that corresponds with their personal experience with a WFPB diet and Intermittent Fasting.
After the first five days of cleansing, we spend two days rebuilding our microbiome, restarting our digestive system as we continue to reduce inflammation throughout the body.
During our final three days together we systematically rebuild our nutritional level using strictly plants (whole and not processed) and adhering to a SOS-free diet (meaning no salt, oil or sugar).
