Our discussions have been lively and challenging (paradigm shifts do not come easily!) and our community has learned about and shared new ideas from and with one another. On Thursday, 10 September 6D Book Club will host a live video talk with Dr. Campbell via zoom - and we would like to invite you to join us!

Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies offers resources, recipes and courses all designed to help further our collective understanding about what it means to practice a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle. In the early 1980’s, nutritional biochemist T. Colin Campbell, PhD of Cornell University, in partnership with researchers at Oxford University and the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, embarked upon one of the most comprehensive nutritional studies ever undertaken known as the China Project.
