Meet Our 6D Team!

New people, new programs, new connections and new book clubs - OH MY! This summer is really heating up at 6D and we wanted to take a moment to introduce our core team here that are creating the magic for us all!



6D Living is based on an idea rooted in balance. Here at 6D Living, our goal is to share ideas about how to best balance each of the six dimensions. To that end, we offer seminars, workshops, book clubs, community connection opportunities, one-on-one coaching, group programs and a plethora of information about recipes, ideas, and activities to help us all live more balanced and fulfilling lives. Now it is time to meet the people behind the scenes!


 


Carla Hoffman

Health Coach and Program Moderator


Carla is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies from eCornell University where she earned a Plant-Based Certification. She is a certified Nutritarian Coach and has led a whole food, plant exclusive diet for 2 and 1/2 years and has a passion for helping others transition to a healthy lifestyle through holistic nutrition. Carla has attended three 6D Modified Fasting Programs and is excited to begin leading her own programs introducing how to live a 6D Lifestyle in order to help this important culture change to our community.


 


Kathy Taylor

Book Club Moderator


Kathy is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies with eCornell University. Kathy switched from a SAD diet to plant-based and has since lost over 200 pounds and removed 14 medications from her life. Kathy has completed multiple Modified Fasting Programs with 6D and in August, Kathy will moderate a book club exploring How Not To Diet by Dr. Greger. Kathy is a knowledgeable and experienced guide on the journey towards optimal health.

Robin Saul, RDN

Robin is a registered dietitian who earned a bachelor's degree in agriculture and human nutrition from the University of Florida.

Although not discovering the benefits of a plant-centric, no processed foods diet until 2016, she raised her four kids with an abundance of plant foods and home cooking. Besides working clinically in dietetics, her nutrition background led to her side gigs of catering, personal chef employment, school garden instructor, and community speaker. Robin has specialized nutrition knowledge in the areas of gastroenterology, food intolerances/allergies, gerontology and recipe development. Her hobbies include vegetable gardening and mushroom foraging.

Robin is active in the plant-based community attending conferences, belonging to support groups, and listening to lectures by health professionals to stay informed and live a life in balance.


 


Sia Hurst

6D Founder - Health Coach and Program Moderator


Sia Hurst is a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition program with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies as well as the Nutrition and Healthy Living program at eCornell.


Sia holds qualifications as an Intermittent Fasting Advisor and Gut Health Coach and she is currently working towards a Naturopath qualification with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the UK. Sia is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the International Association of Therapists.
