6D Living Juice Recipe for December's Modified Fasting Cleanse

Kale
"A single cup of raw kale (about 2.4 ounces) has 6 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of protein. totaling only 33 calories. Because it is low in calories and high in water content, kale juice can help you lose weight unlike any other juice." Juice It Up!

Green Apple
"Green apples contain a compound called pectin, a fiber source that works as a prebiotic to promote the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut." WebMD
Celery
"Celery juice is thought to improve the function of the digestive tract. It works as a natural laxative, and it can also help relax nerves that are sometimes damaged due to unhealthy lifestyle and food choices. Because celery is high in calcium, silicon, and Vitamin K, drinking celery juice may also strengthen bones." Attune Health

Carrot
"Carrot juice is loaded with vitamin A and high in vitamins C and K. It also contains plant compounds called carotenoids, which act as antioxidants." Healthline
Cilantro
"Studies have shown that levels of mercury, lead, and aluminum in the urine increase significantly during a cilantro cleansing, which consists of consuming large amounts of cilantro. It seems that cilantro changes the electric charge on intracellular deposits of heavy metals to a neutral state, which relaxes their tight bond to body tissue, freeing them up to be flushed from the body, including the brain (which is important if you want to avoid dementia later in life)." Parsley
"The anti-inflammatory properties of parsley, along with its ability to regulate urinary pH and reduce blood pressure, may help keep your kidneys healthy and lower your risk of kidney stones." Healthline
Ginger Root
"It's been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few of its purposes. The unique fragrance and flavor of ginger come from its natural oils, the most important of which is gingerol." Healthline

Cucumber
"Fresh cucumber juice is the best rejuvenation tonic in the world. Cucumber juice is a highly alkalizing and hydrating drink that is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium. It has the ability to cleanse and detox the entire body as well as help to alleviate digestive problems such as gastritis, acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and ulcers. It is also an ideal way to properly hydrate the body since it is contains beneficial electrolytes that have the ability to bring nutrients and hydration deep into the cells and tissues making it far more effective than water alone."
