Modified Fasting Programs
Our ten-day programs offer an opportunity to focus on fasting, nutrition and detoxification with a supportive and encouraging community.
We have three MF programs – Cleanse (GI health), Boost (Liver health) and Protect (Immunity health).
Each of our three MF programs utilize Intermittent Fasting (Restricted Eating) along with some staple items such as flax, ACV and lemon. The differences are found within the objectives and specific nutritional tools utilized during each program.
The primary difference between the three MF programs is the nutritional focus over the ten days. Each MF program has a unique set of nutritional recommendations that focus on healing and rebuilding a particular organ/system.
In addition to modified fasting and nutrition, our MF programs also include activities to help bring balance to our other five dimensions of life – Physical (Tibetan Rites/Stretching/Walking), Intellectual (Discussions/Studies/Articles) – Intrapersonal (Meditation/Breathing/Journaling) – Intersentient (Daily Zoom Connections/What’s App Group/Forum) – Creative (Healthier Body – Calmer Mind – Supportive Community – Balanced Life).
Participants in all Modified Fasting Programs receive a handbook which details the schedule for the ten days, focused nutritional recommendations, sample recipes, intermittent fasting information as well as links to all community connection opportunities during the ten days.

All 6D Modified Fasting Programs have three intensity levels which all focus on 100% Whole Plant nutrition for the ten days. Each participant should choose the level of intensity that corresponds with their personal experience with a Whole Plant diet and Intermittent Fasting.
