"The best modified fasting cleanse that I have ever done. I am so excited about the modified fast\cleanse that I am hoping that Sia offers it quarterly. Sia's facilitation of the fast\cleanse was a key to my success, in addition to the fast\cleanse sequence and elements, that made this a gentle healing experience for me. Having had many water fasts under my belt, this was the first time I experienced the elements of both a water fast and a juice cleanse in the same series.
