About the event

Each week, on Saturday, we will come together as a community to focus on fighting Osteoporosis using an amazing video series entitled Osteoporosis My Way! created by Angela Fischetti. We will workout together to build our muscles, strengthen our bones and connect as a community for our health. All 6D members are welcome to join us. Once you register, you will receive the zoom link in your confirmation email.


Zoom Meetings: Saturdays at 8:00am PST/ 11:00am EST

First Meeting: Saturday, January 11th 2025

Final Meeting: Saturday, March 8th 2025
