This seminar offering is a culmination of four recipe blog posts which provided the how of creating nutritiously delicious creations.

During our seminar we will do a deep dive into the why of it all -  with the hope of turning our knowledge into wisdom.

About our 6D Blog Posts

Each week on Tuesdays we post a new recipe on our 6D blog page. For four weeks, the recipes will be similar in 'theme' and we will share with the entire community the 'how' about each of the creations. With some lovely photos and guidelines as to preparation and storage recommendations, these blog posts will help us all in the 6D Community to create delicious and nutritious food - and hopefully some of our members will get 'creative' with our recipes and share their own creations and modifications - even more yummy goodness for us all to enjoy!

About our Seminar 

On the Saturday following the fourth recipe blog post we will meet on zoom to dig deeper. We will explore the 'why' behind the 'how' of the blog posts. We will discuss specific nutrient contents and how certain nutrients complement one another. Further, we will learn how these nutrients impact our bodies physiologically and thus our health and wellness overall. Together we will pose questions and search for the answers - in the science of course!

You will be provided with a downloable e-book which will include

  • Recipes from the blog posts
  • Bonus variations on those recipes - not posted in the blog posts
  • Nutritional Benefits/Nutrient Profile for all ingredients (see list below) 
  • Physiological Impact of these nutrients on our health

This seminar is not a demonstration, we will NOT be creating any of the recipes. We will focus instead on a deep dive discussion about why eating these types of foods can help us to reach our optimal state of health nutritionally and physiologically and emotionally. We will be using the Seminar Book you will receive on the morning of the seminar as our guide/text for our discussion.

About your facilitator (and recipe creator)

Sia is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. She also received a qualification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from eCornell. She has studied BioMedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has coaching qualifications for Intermittent Fasting, Gut/Microbiome Health and Vegan Nutrition. She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the International Association of Therapists.

We will meet on Saturday, 11 May (on zoom) at 10:00am PST. Our seminar and discussion will last two hours and includes a guide/text book for us to follow and use for taking further notes.
