About the event

Nurturing our Intrapersonal Dimension is our focus for this event. Each participant will choose one meditation video from our playlist with Monk Seelagawesi Thero (Bhante) each day and dedicate time to experiencing the peace and calm we gain from a daily meditation practice. There are many videos from which to choose for each day - some as short as 4 minutes and others as long as 90 minutes. YOU choose how much time each day you will dedicate to your meditation practice.
