6D Living is based on an idea rooted in balance. At 6D Living, our goal is to share ideas about how to best balance each of the six dimensions of our lives. And in June, 2023 we would like to connect with you to talk about not only optimal plant-based nutrition but optimal balanced living as well.
Sia Hurst will leave her home in Greece to join you for four days of learning, connecting and eating! Join us in Sarasota, Florida for four days of exploring what it truly means to live a balance, plant-centric life style. Each day we will offer a seminar/talk followed by an open discussion time for questions. We will then enjoy a lovely community meal together prepared by KaPapa Cuisine and have an opportunity to get to know one another and connect. Join us for knowledge, ideas, balance and community.

· Our talks will begin at 14:00 (2:00pm) and last about 45 minutes
· Seminar presentation will be followed by a community question/discussion time and last between 30-45 minutes
· Our community meal will be served at 15:30 (3:30pm)
