6D Living is based on an idea rooted in balance. Here at 6D Living, our goal is to share ideas about how to best balance each of the six dimensions. To that end, we offer seminars, workshops, one-on-one coaching, group programs and a plethora of information about recipes, ideas, and activities to help us all live more balanced and fulfilling lives.

Founder 6D Living
As the founder of 6D Living, perhaps the best way to introduce myself is to tell you a bit about how I live in 6D.
Nutrition - I practice a Whole Food Plant-Based diet and endeavor to be SOS free.
Physical - I practice Vinyasa Yoga and enjoy strength-training and swimming. I also enjoy riding my bicycle, dancing and walking by the sea.
Intellectual - I am a perpetual student! I endeavor to learn something new each day through books, coursework, lectures and videos.
Intrapersonal - I practice daily meditation, keep a journal and take long walks in the hills near my home.
Creative - I like to doodle, make jewelry, paint and garden to keep my creative juices flowing.
Interpersonal - I share time with friends, chat with family, care for animals and grow my garden - all with love and respect.
My life is a journey, one with valleys and mountaintops. Each day I am grateful for another opportunity to scale the summit and enjoy the breadth of my creation, my story - my life. Each day I endeavor to balance my activities, to practice patience when I stumble and to offer kindness and love when I need encouragement. Through 6D Living, I hope to practice these things with others as well.
